Refund policy

Returning your JoMaree Designs items has never been easier. We offer returns & instant exchanges for all full priced items shipped within Australia.

All items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags intact within 30 days from the date of fulfilment. Please note, all original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you opt for an exchange an additional $10 shipping fee will be applied to your return/exchange request (to cover the cost of sending out your exchange item).

To get started, you just need your order number and email address or post code. You’ll find your order number in your order confirmation email.
